Panchakarma
Panchakarma, as the name suggests is a power pack of five rejuvenating and detoxifying therapies:
Panchakarma is a seasonal treatment for maintaining mental and physical hygiene and balance. It is a five-fold therapy; it is highly individualized based on the needs of the individual depending on the Ayurvedic constitutional type, doshic imbalances, age, digestive strength, immune status, and many other factors.
Process of Panchakarma
Panchakarma 5 Steps
Vaman :- employs administration of certain emetic drugs that induce a severe spell of vomiting to clean the upper gut.
Virechan:- concentrates on the lower part of the gut and uses purgatives to clean the bowel.
Basti:- Basti is considered as the mother of all Panchakarma treatments as it cleanses the accumulated toxins from all the 3 doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, through the colon.
Nasya:- Nasya involves administration of medicated oil through the nose to cleanse the accumulated kapha toxins from the head and neck region.
Raktamokshana:- Raktamokshana is procedure of blood cleansing and is advised in very rare conditions. It is not a part of the general Panchakarma.

Sirodhara
Pouring medicated oil on the forehead with oscillatory method for limited time duration. It Improves Scalp blood circulation.
Takradhara
The medicated buttermilk is poured on the forehead for limited period. It will reduce the stress which is the important cause with oscillatory method for diseases like Psoriasis & Eczema.
Abhang
(Reiki Massage)
The Reiki massage will regulate the energy flow in the body also in improves the blood flow.It gives the strength to the muscles and nerves.It reduces the dryness
Leech Application
Leeches have become popular for preserving soft tissue and promoting healing after facial reconstructive surgery.
Alabu(cupping)
The Alabu will be applied on the local affected lesion. It will remove the impure blood and allow the normal blood flow to the area.
Agni Karma
'Agni karma', also known as 'dahan karma', is a process used in Ayurveda for various benign diseases that are characterised by pain or bleeding.
Ksheeradhara
The Ksheeradhara treatment includes a constant flow of herbal milk over the head and body, instead of the regular oil concoction in other Ayurvedic treatments.
Nasya
Nasya is putting the drops of medicated oil in the nostrils. It gives stimulation to hair follicle and prevents hair fall and cures dandruff.
